Who am I? Who are my Ancestors?
To research my Métis grandmother's life while I develop a short film about her life up until her murder in 1971, and learn more about my Indigenous family.
In 2023, the Canada Council for the Arts supported my project with a research grant, which allowed for me to travel to ancestral territories, learn more about my grandmother, family, and community.
