Dianne Ouellette
Filmmaker and Photographer
Dianne Ouellette (she/her) is an independent filmmaker and a Saskatchewan Métis Nation citizen. She is also a writer, photographer, multi-media artist, and curator. She is currently a Sessional Instructor in the Faculty of Media, Art, and Performance and a Communications Specialist at the University of Regina.
She has a BA in Theatre (1993), BFA Film and Video (1995), and an MFA in Media Production (2020).
For three decades, she has been focusing her lens on family, history, and identity.
Sharing stories through film, video, photography, digital storytelling, creative design and writing fulfills her passion for storytelling.
Continuing to encourage others by creating media that connects and inspires people is valuable in her artistic goals.
